This charge reflects the costs to us of using a reputable service to ensure the orders are insured and can be tracked. Additionally, we only charge one delivery fee per order, even if the goods are sent out in multiple shipments. This is the standard cost and can vary depending on item, weight and size of the product.

Upon placing the order you should receive a confirmation email. If an item is out of stock an expected delivery date will be displayed for reference. Should this expected delivery date change, our system will automatically email you a revised date. When the item is sent out a dispatch email will be sent so you know when to expect your order.
